Low-cost airlines Ryanair and Wizz Air have cheap flights and discounted tickets on flights to South Brussels Charleroi Airport (CRL) in the Wallonia region of Belgium.

South Brussels Charleroi Airport (CRL) is to the south of the Belgian capital in the French-speaking Wallonia region of Belgium. Charleroi Airport is popular with low-cost airlines such as Ryanair and Wizz Air. Passengers using South Brussels Charleroi Airport generally have to trade off the convenience of Brussels Airport (BRU) just outside the city in Zanventem for lower ticket prices on cheap flights to various European destinations.

South Brussels Charleroi Airport is an accurate name but travelers inexperienced with European low-cost airline habits should note that the south in the name refers to almost 50 km (30 miles) south of the Belgian capital.

Most flights from South Brussels Charleroi Airport go to holiday destinations in sunnier climates.
